- O'Brien Family Tree Service Policy

- When leaving wood at job site, we will only pile it in an area convenient for
us. We will not stack the wood.
- Firewood will be cut in lengths of approximately 16 inches. Additional fees
will be charged for splitting and/or stacking wood away from job site.
- We reserve the right not to cut any wood containing foreign objects embedded in
it such as metal or concrete.
- Cancellations are to be phoned in directly to Tom O'Brien.
- Job may be delayed due to inclement weather.
- Stump Grinding

- Stump Grinding is an option for customers. Cost of stump removal is not
included in price of tree removal unless otherwise noted in job description.
- We cannot be responsible for any underground wires or piping damaged while
grinding stumps if these obstacles are unknown by the stump grinder operator.
- Some stumps may not be completely removed due to their proximity: too close to
house, driveway, sidewalk, fencing, known underground piping or wires.
- Price of stump grinding does not include removal of resulting mulch pile.
